Fees

• Credit Card fees are 2.95%.
• Cash fees are $3 for anything up to $100, then $2 for each incremental $100 after that. Payment of $305.00 would have ($3 +$2+$2+$2)= $9 in fees.

Online Payments through iPayOnline.NVscadu.net

We are pleased to now offer a convenient online payment option for child support payments using the site iPayOnline. Non-Custodial Parents or Employers can register to make regular payments or special one-time payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, eCheck ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.

To make payments online, you will need:

Non-Custodial Parents:

• Complete Individual Registration.
• Social Security number.
• Participant Identifier 10-digit (10xxxxxxxx).
• Child support case number 10-digit (32xxxxxxxx).
• Address, phone number, & email address.

Employers:

• Complete Employer Registration.
• Company Name, FEIN, & company address.
• Employer contact Information with name, telephone, and email address.
• Employee Social Security number.
• Employee Participant Identifier 10-digit (10xxxxxxxx).
• Employee Child support case number 10-digit (32xxxxxxxx).
• See Information for Employers about making EFT/EDI ACH payments.
• $2 Fees cannot be paid online. Must be sent to the Nevada Treasurer’s Office.

One-Time Payment: Bench Warrant, Jail Release and Driver's License

• Social Security number of the parent who pays child support.
• Participant Identifier 10-digit (10xxxxxxxx).
• Child support case number 10-digit (32xxxxxxxx).
• Docket Number.
• Valid email address.

There will be a flat convenience fee of 2.95% per payment, for all Credit or Debit cards and Digital Wallet payments, with a maximum payment amount of $5,000.00.

If you need to make a payment over $5,000.00, you will need to make more than one payment. Your financial institution may charge additional fees. At this time there is no fee for the eCheck ACH (*not offered on one-time payments).

Credit Card Telephone Payments with Paymentus

To pay by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week,

please call 1-855-288-2352 and follow the instructions.

To make a payment, you will need the following:

• Valid 9-digit Social Security number or 10-digit Participant ID number (10xxxxxxxx) of the parent who pays child support.
• Your Nevada Child support 10-digit case number (32xxxxxxxx).
• The system will give you a confirmation number, please write it down for future reference.
• Employers who use this option will not receive credit for Income Withholding payments.

Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted. There will be a flat convenience fee of $8.95 per payment per $1,000, with a maximum payment amount of $5,000.00. If you need to pay an amount over $5,000.00, you will need to make more than one payment. The convenience fee applies to each payment made. Your financial institution may charge additional fees.

Mailing Child Support Payments

• Use money orders, cashier's checks, or business checks only (no personal checks)

• Nevada Child Support does not accept Personal Checks.

Employers Paying Income Withholding by EFT/EDI ACH

Electronic Fund Transfer / Electronic Data Interchange / Automatic Clearing House (EFT/EDI ACH) is a fast, safe, and cost-effective way to submit child support withholding for your employees (Normally used by companies with 500+ employees, or dedicated Payroll and IT staffs).

Income Withholding Payments must be made using EFT/EDI ACH Bank Account transfer from your bank to our bank. Please contact your bank to see if you’re eligible.

If you’re unable to use EFT/EDI ACH Bank Account transfer please try to use iPayOnline for ACH/ECheck Transfers. These are easy to use and don’t need special bank requirements.

Employers, please include The Nevada 10-digit case number (3200xxxxxx), Name and Social Security number on all payments.

Electronic Funds Transfer/Electronic Data Interchange/Automatic Clearing House (EFT/EDI ACH): The State of Nevada prefers to accept funds electronically using the CCD+ format. We also have the capability of accepting the CTX820 format. Both formats contain an electronic addenda record as outlined by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Please contact your financial institution prior to sending money through this process to ensure that these format requirements can be met.

Paying Special Payments for (Bench Warrant, Driver’s License Suspension, and Jail Release payments)

Special Payments can be paid online or in person at Child Support payment Kiosks. Bail (Jail Release) payments for individuals in police custody MUST be coordinated with the enforcing authority. After making any of these types of payments it is important to contact your child support case worker to notify the child support court system and to complete any necessary paperwork.

• Max amount per transaction is $5,000.00. If you need to pay more than $5,000.00, you will need to make multiple payments.
